Our support teams are based in both Louisiana and California to better serve all US time zones (EST, CST, MST, and PST). They’re on standby for you and your team during normal operating business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.


The first year, your pre-paid support package includes 30 hours of support. After the first year, we offer multiple pre-paid support packages or a pay-as-you go option. We recommend investing in our pre-paid support plan since your team can call as soon as an issue arises. This saves you time and money because quick responses reduce workflow and operational disruptions. However, no matter which support option you choose, you’ll still get prompt, personalized attention to quickly resolve issues.
