JOB DUTIES
As a Client Services Analyst your job duties may include:
- Training clients how to use our software
- Providing ongoing support to our clients, ensuring their effective and efficient use of our software
- Escalating unresolved cases as necessary and collaborating with our software development team when needed
- Managing projects with adherence to milestones, budget, and accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with these qualifications:
- Commitment to excellent client service
- Problem solving capacity with effective project management skills
- Bookkeeping / accounting or training experience
- Comfort in a fast-paced, unpredictable team environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft platform software
- Experience with Microsoft SQL such as querying and database management
- Passion for new technologies and attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter
