For over 5 decades, AIMS, Inc. has specialized in developing & marketing accounting software for wholesale petroleum distributors. Our clients provide gasoline & diesel to convenience stores and anywhere else that fuel is used (e.g. agriculture, construction, trucking, etc.)

JOB DUTIES

As a Client Services Analyst your job duties may include:

  • Training clients how to use our software
  • Providing ongoing support to our clients, ensuring their effective and efficient use of our software
  • Escalating unresolved cases as necessary and collaborating with our software development team when needed
  • Managing projects with adherence to milestones, budget, and accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with these qualifications:

  • Commitment to excellent client service
  • Problem solving capacity with effective project management skills
  • Bookkeeping / accounting or training experience
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, unpredictable team environment
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft platform software
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL such as querying and database management
  • Passion for new technologies and attention to detail
  • Must be a self-starter
