About Us

For nearly 5 decades, AIMS, Inc. has specialized in developing & marketing accounting software for wholesale petroleum distributors. Our clients provide gasoline & diesel to convenience stores and anywhere else that fuel is used (e.g. agriculture, construction, trucking, etc.)

We are looking for a career-minded bookkeeper / office manager to join our team and help us continue growing. AIMS is dedicated to fostering a family environment for our employees while providing industry-leading service for our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As Bookkeeper / Office Manager, your responsibilities may include:

  • Performing accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger functions
  • Invoicing clients
  • Preparing monthly financial reports
  • Performing administrative tasks to make sure our office operates smoothly
  • Greeting office visitors & directing phone calls

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with these qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient skills using accounting software and Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter
